In her role, Azarfar oversees integrated brand communications, public relations, community affairs, social media and events, including music’s biggest night: the GRAMMYs. Neda previously headed communications at Myspace, where she was a core member of the team that repositioned, branded and launched the new site. Through her shared efforts, the Myspace launch campaign generated widespread industry recognition and was selected by PRWeek as one of the top corporate campaigns of 2013. Prior to Myspace, Azarfar led marketing and corporate communications at media technology company Specific Media. Having led integrated communications programs for technology, financial, entertainment and music brands, Azarfar has overseen trade marketing, media relations, large-scale special events, M&A communications, and award-winning partner campaigns. In her spare time, Azarfar enjoys traveling with her husband, exploring new Los Angeles restaurants, reading up on tech and music news, volunteering with at-risk youth, and binge-watching TV on demand.
